Anyone else’s child like this?

My son is 2 years old. He doesn’t like to speak to anyone but one day we were watching a new show and he started reading the subtitles. Ever since then, he reads subtitles for every show we watch. And I don’t mean sound them out. He fully reads the words. But...nobody taught him how to read and he’s only 2. It’s suspected that he may be autistic but we’re not sure yet. Has this been the case for anyone? Did they turn out to be autistic? We have no idea how he taught himself to read. He also has amazing memory. I read him bible verses and he memorizes them which I can barely do

Update: he reads with the volume off. It can be anything that he sees. Not just subtitles. He doesn’t even sound them out. It’s clear words. I truly do believe he’s autistic. It’s not like small words either. It’s words he couldn’t possibly sound out. Not as quickly as he reads them. He reads anything that he sees like it’s his favorite thing to do but he refuses to speak to us anyone
