Ramen noodles?

Okay literally the ONLY thing I’ve been craving is Ramen noodles. I googled it and a lot of people said not to eat it. Has anyone else eaten it during pregnancy or has your doctor okayed it?

They are extremely high in sodium. Once in a while it would be okay. But I would avoid it as much as possible.

This was the only thing I will eat when I had bad morning sickness with my first child. Just dilute with water and add eggs and veggies in it. I usually put eggs, cabbage, carrots, kale if I have some, and green onions.

Cook the noodles in regular broth, throw out the packet. It cuts the sodium and they taste better

The ONLY problem with it is the salt. Drink more water or skip the flavor packet and add your own salt free seasonings.

I’ve had some. If you’re a healthy eater & it’s a one time thing then I wouldn’t worry about it. Don’t use full season packet if you don’t want full sodium.
