Can anyone relate to my craziness!

Sooo idk how far along I am...according to LMP 7 weeks 3 days but I am beyond regular!

Anyways went today for ultrasound as previous ones shown the gestational sac....then yolk sac....and the goal today was to see the embryo! Well last Saturday I started a progesterone suppository bc mine dropped to 8! Well since Sunday I have been spotting....each day gets worse. Yesterday I started cramping BAD and have continued!

So I thought for sure today would be to confirm loss. Wellll we saw an embryo with a heartbeat of 90bpm, no blood in the uterus and dr did a pelvic exam and said cervix is closed and she couldn’t tell where blood was coming from but she knows it’s not from cervix or uterus. I go back Wednesday and she said the goal is for the heartbeat to be over 100bpm.

However I’m still bleeding and have the WORST cramps!! I don’t even know how to feel!

Any opinions, similar stories good to bad?
