possible cancer?

this post is gonna be tmi but i’m honestly terrified. also i didn’t know what group to post under

i’m on day 5 of my period and i noticed that when i squeeze my left nipple, there’s clear discharge that comes out. i don’t know what this means but i’m scared that it’s a symptom of breast cancer.

i heard that breast cancer doesn’t usually effect teenagers and i’m only 16 so i’m not sure. also i don’t know how i would go about telling my mom this since we don’t talk about feminine health at all

does anybody have any advice please i don’t know what to do
