I am 11 days late from my expected period. I went for blood test at 7 days late, it came out negative.

I have been having severe abdominal pain, continuous lower back pain.

Had nausea, fatigue, dizziness.

Had sharp pains in breasts.

Weird mucus.

Bloating.

Looks like my VitD is low as well.

Mood is all over the place

Gas, lots of it.

Was constipated for 2 days

All pregnancy symptoms...

I generally have regular periods around 34 day cycle. Since January, they were regular until we started trying last month. But the test is negative, so now i am worried, it might be ectopic? How do i check that? Can it be something else?

I need help and hope!!!
