Cervical Mucus normal?

So we're ttc and this was past week was my fertile week. 3 days ago I started seeing the tiniest bit of ewcm when I checked it, that lasted into the next day (dtd at the first sign of ewcm). Then yesterday I experienced copious amounts of ewcm(dtd again). Today (ovulation day) it's non-existent, not dried up/sticky/creamy/etc. Just watery, and not a lot of it. Is this normal on the day of ovulation? I don't ovulate every month, nor do I always experience ewcm(at least not in abundance) whether I ovulate or not.
