When do you plan to have your baby in their crib?

We just picked up ours from buybuybaby and plan to use our bassinet until she grows out of it then build her crib after :) when do you prefer to do this?

We had the Halo bassinet that she hated. After 2 weeks of fighting it we used a pack n play instead. She hit the weight limit for the top portion at 4 months so we moved the crib into our room. We moved her into her room around 8 months. For baby #2 I think well just use the crib from the beginning and make it easy.

I’m planning on letting him sleep in there during the day and the bassinet at night until he out grows it

Either once they're sleeping though the night or grows out of the bassinet

We moved my daughter full time to her crib and her own room at 7 mo, but she napped in there for about a month before we started doing naps and nights.

My baby is 7, almost 8 weeks old and we started putting her to nap during the day in her crib to get her used to it but I plan on moving her to actually sleep in her crib at night when she’s 6mo old.

I built my crib so that during the day if he is sleep I can place him in there while I am doing work around that house. At night I have a bedside sleeper. Hopefully this will help him get used to being in a crib.

With our first we did until he grew out of the bassinet but that happened at like 3-4 months. He was a big baby.

We moved our now 1 year old when he was 2 weeks old. He sleeps in his crib through the night ever since. Well first few weeks/months I still have to dream feed him but he’s been a good sleeper ever since.
