Ankles swelling at 26 weeks
Does anyone have any tips for relief?? I live in Tennessee and it’s hot. By the end of the day, my ankles are so swollen and uncomfortable. It goes back down over night and I start the cycle all over again the next day. I guess this is just it for the next 3 months?? This is my 3rd baby, but it’s been 4 years and I don’t remember it being this annoying this early! What do you all do about it?
