Sciatica and Braxton Hicks

Oh, boy am I in pain! 28 weeks and feeling multiple Braxton Hicks contractions daily. It pulls so much I feel the tightness through my ribs! Anyone else?!
The sciatica is a killer too! Both sides, going down into my calves, and I can’t even push myself up into a sitting position without immense pain.
