Feeling really bad rn 💔

Feeling really bad this morning. I’m pregnant and I don’t know what to do. I already have one child, he’s 3. I am in school to become a MD and I have about 6 years of school left, not including residency. But I really don’t want to terminate the pregnancy, I did that once before and it was devastating. Please don’t judge me, I just need words of encouragement and some respectful advice. Yes I am on birth control and I don’t even let him finish inside of me. I just don’t know 🤦🏼‍♀️Also I must add he doesn’t want another kid. That’s why the first abortion happened. I just don’t know.
