Very nervous

I have a mirena IUD and got a Pap smear for the first time on June 10th. I felt a little bit of cramping afterwards and some brown discharge. I am due for my period within the next week and a couple days ago, I found a small amount of pink discharge in my underwear? I figured it was my period but I didn’t bleed any more after that. I’m worried that it’s implantation bleeding because it’s never happened before?? Help :-(
