No Room for Food 😩
I’m 25+1, and already feel like I am so bloated if I eat more than a very small portion. Even if I feel okay right after eating, within a half hour I feel like garbage and so bloated and uncomfortable. It feels like my stomach will pop! I don’t know what to do to elevate this. I have been eating small meals and exercising (the exercising after meals does help) but it is still so bad. Ugh. I did not experience this my first pregnancy 😩 Any tips?
