My weight loss has stopped?

For the last 3 months I’ve been eating 1200 calories a day. I’ve lost 20lbs and im now 130. My goal is 120 but I haven’t been losing any weight lately.. do i need to start eating even less then 1200 cals a day? I started biking for some exercise (i have health issues I can’t do much else) and I’ve only gained a pound since starting that. What can i do😭
