Need help!

So according to Glow, i should have started my period June 6th-June 10th. I never got my period. I have been testing and have constantly gotten negative test. If I were pregnant, shouldn’t it show? I’ve had very very light spotting (I wouldn’t even call it spotting) this was just this past week. When I would wipe ( just once) little small dots of blood would be on the toilet paper. But very light. Yesterday but mostly today I have been experiencing left ovary pain. I’m scared, it hurts but it’s bearable. What could be going on? I just want to know if I’m pregnant 😩😭😭
