Period after removal

Hi everyone, I had my mirena removed 3 weeks ago since we will be ttc after summer. I had some light bleeding two days after the removal, and last week I had what I thought it was my period. Lasted 3 days, which is way shorter than what I used to have. Two days after I stopped it started again!

I’m confused, I wonder if that’s my period at all..I read some people never get theirs back. Has anyone had something similar? I’m freaking out I might to be able to conceive again...
