Tingling/pain upper right abdomen?

I am 22w5d. For a few weeks now I've noticed an occasional tingling sensation around where my hand is in the photo below. I assumed it was organs shifting? I don't know 🤷‍♀️ but the last few nights, when I'm trying to lay on either of my sides, once in a while it will start to hurt. It's almost like gravity is pulling something down.

Anyone else had anything like this? It's not excruciating or constant, but it IS annoying when I'm trying to sleep and keep having pain or discomfort.

I am asking my doctor at my next appointment but it's not for another week
