Rarely, I only use it when she's n danger like tonight when she decided to stand on her toy box and was bending over the fire gate

Same. Only when she's doing something dangerous. That way when she hears that tone of voice she knows stop, this is dangerous.

Only when it is a danger type correction situation. Standing on the edge of the couch or running towards a street. I save the stern or as my husband calls is "don't test the mom" voice for when I really need it. My hopes it that when my kid hears 'that voice' they know it is a stop immediately what you are doing is unsafe thing.
