Diva Cup method!

We are using the diva cup this next cycle.

Just curious which in your opinion is the best way.

Insert right in vagina then stick diva cup in

Or

Insert sperm in diva cup and stick in vagina?

I’m thinking in the diva cup but worried if I should cover the diva cup with a thin layer of preseed before we stick the sperm in?

Also is it weird that I want to try and insert the diva cup with water first to check if I will spill?

Any advice that you wish you would have known before trying this method... or in general? Lol

*i tried a soft cup(it was too big for me 😞) but maybe I just need to try another brand! Any recommendations? Thank you ladies for the help I appreciate you telling me that. 🥰✨❤️
