Active Labor?

Strange question but forget the details. Baby #3 first two c-sections without any active labor. I need to go into active labor to deliver at the hospital of my choice (don’t ask insurance related). What has or is known (not superstition) to help start labor. TIA

Really baby will only come when s/he is ready. But you can try sex and nipple stimulation. My husband’s coworker was told by her doctor to try Szechuan chicken when she was getting close. My doctor told me at 38 weeks to exercise and if I was starting to feel uncomfortable or crampy to power through it, it could irritate the uterus enough to get labor going.
