When did you start your first period?

Mine started the exact day of my 13th birthday. Thanks Mother Nature!! What a way to officially become a teenager.
I was feeling sick, and then saw brown in my undies, so I went to my mom and said "Uhm...I think my period started?" and I think she might've panicked a little, but she got me straightened out 😂

I was 9 🙃 I wiped after peeing and saw blood. I was super shy so I literally EMAILED my mom to tell her 😂 I said "Hi mom, I think I have started 'it.'" And told her why  She replied "Yes, you have started 'it.'" then came into my room and talked to me about it and brought me pads.

I started very young I was 10 and I remember it was a Sunday and I came home from my friends to have a bath for school etc and looked down and said ma I am bleeding call for help lol 😂 my sister said I couldn’t be on my period as I was too young but she was young. I have been lucky I have never had to deal with period cramps just got to go poop a lot when I am on my period. Nearly 20
Years later I still have the same symptoms.

Mine started in 7th grade.. We were doing Gymnastics and thankfully it was our last class.. I arrive home, went pee and noticed blood on the tissue. I actually started crying, I don’t know why 😂 I just felt so grown up 😂

I started very young I was 10, still in elementary. I never told my friends at that time I was too embarrassed I told them once they got theirs in middle school.
