Help. Advice or any knowledge please..

My period is super irregular ever since I’ve gotten my bc taken out, 8 months ago. There’s been plenty of times having sex i bleed during.. not always but too much and as soon as i thought my period was getting back on track it was 14 days late about two months ago after got a period and then the next on time and this month i am going on 7days late. Is there anything at all i can do to help?? I’m desperate and concerned.
