Breastfed baby and pooping...
My 5 week old baby boy is exclusively breastfed, I use the amount of dirty and wet nappies to determine whether he’s getting enough since im very anxious that he doesn’t get enough, he’s only just passed his birth weight due to a few bumps along the way with breastfeeding. I should also note in the past 24 hours he has had 7 wet nappies.
Is this a sign he isn’t getting enough from me? Or is this something that’s normal?
