Has anyone used a sleep therapist recently?
My son has always slept terribly and we’ve tried everything, but he wakes up several times a night and needs someone to sleep with him. It’s been a struggle since he was an infant and hasn’t ever gotten better. We are considering a sleep therapist at this point, but all reviews talk about people getting help with their infants, not an almost 3 year old.
Tips and tricks welcome as well! I’ll take anything I can get!
