Center Rib Pain

Hey all!

I am currently 22+4 weeks and I’ve been experiencing very uncomfortable center rib pain, just below my boobs but right smack dab in the middle, for about a week now.

It’s hard to describe but almost feels like each side of my rib cage is overlapping the other, in a twist like movement. It’s worse when I lie on my right side, and I can be comfortable for several minutes lying on my left, but eventually the only relief I get is from being on my back somewhat angled.

I’ve tried Tylenol, but a warm compress seems to be my best bet. I see my midwife next week and will mention it but I was curious if there are any other mommas out there that are dealing with something similar. I’ve read a lot of mommas dealing with right side rib pain, but none right in the center.
