Sore nipples after ovulation

So my nipples have been so tender and sore to touch since I ovulated. I’m only 4DPO (using clear blue opk’s to get my positive) I was just wondering if anyone else suffers with this after ovulation it’s never happened to me before and I can honestly say they’ve never been this sore.. a few people have told me to take a test but because I track my cycle and know I had a period at the start of this month and my regular mid cycle bleeding half way through and my positive opk on the 22/6/20 I’m pretty sure there’s no chance I could be pregnant or that it would even show yet as I’m only 4DPO I definitely did get get an LH surge any other day of the month and I tested the whole way through till I got my positive smiley.
