? On caffeine intake.

Morning lovelies! I am starting stims in 5 days... what is your take on coffee intake? I want to be as healthy as humanly possible without murdering someone without my coffee fix:) thank you!

I would try to replace coffee with just regular black tea (still has caffeine in it just not as much caffeine) .

I drank, and still am drinking, I cup of coffee in the morning. My doctor said it's completely fine, and not to worry,  just to drink more water to flush it out of your system better. Good luck too you!!!

I was told only one caffeine drink per day. It doesn’t matter if it’s coffee, tea or anything else that has caffeine. 
My coffee intake was really high, lol. And I didn’t even realize how much caffeine is in black tea or match. I stopped caffeine last year prior to IUI and had massive withdrawal, lol. I didn’t have coffee since. Sometimes I’ll drink matcha. 
Honestly I don’t know if it has any impact on fertility but I feel way better without caffeine (especially the one in coffee) than with it.

Hiiii!!!  Good luck, so exciting!  I had half a mug every day, no problem.  I would even guess and have heard you could have a full cup, but honestly I didn’t even want it.

I was told no more than 1 cup of a caffeinated drink a day. I just switched to decaf coffee ☕️ and have some coke every so often 🤷🏽‍♀️

My clinic told me only one cup a day during stims.  Most of those days I tried to only do a half a cup just to be super safe.  (Normally I do a cup every morning and a second cup on longer days.)

My clinic didn't give me strict instructions but I only drink one coffee a day anyway and was fine for stims.

I use to drink 2-3 cups of coffee each morning. When I started stims I went to 1 cup a day. As soon as the transfer happened I switched to decaf.

I was drinking 1 cup regular coffee and 1 cup half caf. But i will probably go w half caf only once i start stims. Or decaf maybe, as I still enjoy coffee!
