No flashing smiley face?

I bought some Clear Blue Advanced tests last month. The first time I used it during my last cycle it went straight from an empty circle to the solid smiley face the second day I used them. This month I’ve been testing since CD 7, which is when it said I should start testing. I’m currently on CD 12 and Glow originally estimated I would ovulate tomorrow and I still haven’t gotten a flashing or solid smiley face. Is it normal to skip the flashy smiley face? I’ve used the other ones in the past that only have the circle or solid and they were usually within a day or two of whatever Glow predicted. Any insight would be very much appreciated ❤️
