gals i need help. so i’ve never had any issues with infections or anything when i was in a serious relationship but one day after we broke up i went out with this guy and he rubbed his penis raw against my vagina really hard and for 2 weeks i had a yeast infection and a slight bacterial. my doctor gave me fluconazole for the yeast and said that the bacteria wasn’t that bad so i was only treated for the yeast. since then , i’ve changed my diet to no fried foods and mainly water but i still have a reoccurring yeast infection either before my period or after. it hurts really bad down there and itches like crazy. i’ve been using vagisil ph balance and taking the yeast medicine when i have one but i’m really upset about this. what can i do to rid myself of it altogether and go back to normal ??
