How long do implantation pains last?

I’ve been feeling constant dull abdomen pains all week. I know you shouldn’t get implantation signs until min 6dpo, I’m currently 5 dpo so wondering what the constant twinges are about.

I think I read you can have cramping during the two week wait due to progesterone.

Not sure been having dull cramps like my ovulation cramps as well also am 5dpo too! Keep me updated girl probably gonna test at 10dpo and then 12dpo and if nothing I’ll wait a week for af then test again if that doesn’t show lol
