Can an active uti keep you from getting pregnant?( bonus questions)

Also wondering a few more things.

I dont think im pregnant at all. I just dont feel it ( I know it may sound silly to say but I took a test maybe a few days ago. Like a week after sex-- June 12th and it came up negative)

Im not experiencing any symptoms ... Except my missed period.. However I spotted on the 19th and a few days after. So im not sure if thats a missed period.

Im not tired, no dark areola( which I experienced with my first) or anything else. I feel fine.

Since ive been active with my bf I have been taking plan B for a bit and almost everytime we've had sex and I wonder if plan B threw me off ..bc I just dont feel any different and I dont feel anything growing in me.
