Not having any symptoms ..

I went last Friday for an ultrasound at 6 weeks after bleeding with clots. We saw the gestational sac and yoke sac and was told everything looked good. Couldn’t tell where the bleeding was coming from so they gave me progesterone suppositories and said it should help but if I’m miscarrying there’s nothing really to do for me. I’ve bled everyday with horrible cramps. The blood goes from brown to bright red then brown. Im not having any symptoms anymore and I’m starting to get worried. I’m scared to go this Friday for a new ultrasound and hear bad news. I haven’t passed any other clots so I’m trying to stay positive but I also want to prepare myself for the worst..
