Vitex opinions?
I haven’t had a normal cycle this year unsure if my hormones changed. I’m on fertility aid. Didn’t get a normal lh surge I’m on cd21. My body showed ovulation signs last night but never a surge. I’m on fertility aid and I guess vitex is in it.
