Should I be Worried? Only a Yolk Sac, No Baby

Hi Ladies! So I miscarried last year and the year before that. Honestly my biggest fear is being pregnant and going through that again. I have been nothing but nervous since I found out I was pregnant and today I went to the doctor for my first ultrasound. We couldn't find a baby, just a yolk sac. Should I be worried? I would really like a heads up so I won't be as heartbroken this time. I'm 6 weeks and 1 days according to my lmp but the nurse said my sac measures exactly 6 weeks. She said come back in 2 weeks for another one... I'm just so nervous

I'm in the same situation. I went yesterday at 5wks and had a sac but no baby yet. I'm nervous too cuz I had some spotting and really bad low back pains. Have faith 🙏 I do.

That’s great that they see a yolk sac so early! I went in at 5w5d and they only saw the gestational sac, no yolk sac or baby. I went in again at 6w5d and they saw the baby and heartbeat. You’re still super early so try not to worry!

should be ok do you have a normal 28 days cycle and ovulate around day 12 cause that’s what they go off of when you say lmp so if your cycle is longer or you ovulate later that can change the dates by 2 weeks sometimes like my pregnancies lol but looks good for a 5 week ultrasound :)))) mine looked the same at 4-5 weeks and the baby pooped up the next ultrasound a week tiny but there lol
