Pregnant or no?

So for a few day’s I haven’t been feeling well my nose has been stuffy my boobs have been sore and I have had a headache for three days now! I also have been super nausea I’m supposed to start on Monday but I took a test this morning and it came out negative I figured if I was feeling this way I would have gotten a positive test this early. Is there a chance I could still be pregnant or is it just all in my head. I also had some light cramping last Thursday a few day’s after ovulation around my left and right  ovary.
