Implantation Bleeding or Early Period?

Hello ladies!

I need your help!

My SO and I have been TTC for three months. This month I have been trying really hard not to symptom spot, but I did notice a few things that could go either way (PMS or early pregnancy).

At 5DPO and 6DPO I have vivid dreams and mild heartburn. At 6DPO I experienced minor cramps for about 20 minutes at my desk at work. I thought maybe this was implantation cramping since I NEVER cramp that early on.

At 8DPO my boobs started to itch periodically throughout the day and continued into 9DPO. This is rare for me also.

Last night at 10DPO my boobs were really sensitive. SO and I BD and it was uncomfortable when my boobs would move during the deed.

This morning at 11DPO, I woke up and felt wet down there. I went to the restroom and noticed a wet spot of blood on my panties. Enough for a pantyliner. I wiped and the first wipe was red, the second wipe was reddish brown, but mostly brown.

I really can’t remember ever being this early. I am having mild cramping, so now I don’t know if I’m out for the month or if there’s still hope.

Has anyone experienced this and still gotten a BFP?
