If I had stopped I never would have gotten pregnant   I have pcos and don’t ovulate on my own. So for some people taking the stress away works but other people the body is the issue and it can’t just be ignored and fixed.

It was never that easy for me. Ive taken breaks from TTC and we still never fell pregnant. I've only gotten pregnant when we track my ovulation and use clomid

I 'stopped trying' by not tracking ovulation and not putting pressure to have sex every day around what I thought might be my fertile period. I fell pregnant both times by stopping tracking and just going with the flow a bit more.

We actually decided to stop trying completely. Wore condoms on predicted fertile dates. Until I got lazy about him wearing a condom 😂😂
