A cange in period

I’m not sure what is going on and I just wanted some thoughts about it. So I have PCOS and I’ve always had really heavy periods and they last about 5-7 days long well last month it was so light I didn’t even need a tampon I just use a panty liner and only lasted 3-4 days well today I started spotting again but it’s only when I wipe it’s not even enough to get on a panty liner? Any one think why this might happen I’m just confused and don’t have insurance to go to the ogbyn
