2nd ultrasound

Went for another ultrasound since I’m still bleeding and to check on everything. Found out I have a tilted uterus and they had a hard time seeing the yoke sack. When she pressed harder you could see what we all think is the fetal pole and we think we saw a flicker(the heart). She didn’t want to confirm 100% since it wasn’t clear. They think bleeding is hormonal since they still can’t see where it would be coming from and no bleeding around the uterus. And they think I’m measuring more at 6weeks 4 days by what we could see instead of 7 weeks and 2 days.
