Period right after period

I had my period, as normal, June 15-18. I went off my birth control on June 8 as we are TTC for baby #2. Today, June 26, I started spotting but then it turned into more than spotting...almost like I was getting my period again. My husband and I have only had sex once since I went off the BC and that was four days ago. I don’t know if for some reason they are related. This has never happened...I’m very regular when it comes to my period. Just not sure what’s going so any advice or thoughts would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
