When to test with PCOS?

Hi ladies,

I was diagnosed with PCOS. I’m currently on day 66 of my cycle :( I did a pregnancy test about 30 days ago which was negative and me and my bf have been having regular sex since. Today I’ve got symptoms of having really sore nipples but no other symptoms that would make me think I’m pregnant. I just wondered when ladies with PCOS did pregnancy tests? As with such long and irregular cycles I don’t know how I’d know if I WAS pregnant!
