Confidence & Insecurity 🤔

Y’all realize that your appearance doesn’t make you confident, right? It may make you feel confident, but deep within you aren’t confident, and focusing on your appearance is actually making you more insecure. It doesn’t make any logical sense that appearance=confidence. It’s the other way around. Appearance=insecurity. Believe it or not. They want you to believe it the other way around so that you buy shit like expensive makeup & designer clothes. You’re buying your insecurities, for a temporary “boost”, and nobody is happy like that. Side note, a low self esteem can cause depression & anxiety. Focus on what’s within, not what’s on the outside.
