Give me your best not drinking alcohol excuses!

I miscarried in March so hubby and I are trying to keep this pregnancy a secret longer but I am definitely one that doesn’t turn down a drink.

What are your best excuses for not drinking that won’t tip everyone off that your pregnant? We will be seeing family over the 4th of July weekend and my birthday is the 6th so many will be tempted to bring me alcohol.

Edit: I should add that I live with my sister in law so it would be harder to go with the medication or antibiotics excuse because she knows when I leave the house and typically where I’m going. She would also be able to call BS on being hungover already and she is already slightly suspicious.
