Periods after Surgery

I had back surgery at the end of April. I also was put under in March for a shot in my back, both of which I was on lots of meds for. I have an IUD, as well. My period hasn't really came back yet. I've had some light, light, light spotting occasionally. I also did as well after a play session, but my IUD strings are fine and doesn't seem to have displaced. This week ive had some moderate cramping.

Guess I'm wondering if it Is normal for your body to take a while to get back on track after surgeries? I was worried that my spotting after playing was my IUD messing up but I don't think thats it since everything feels fine. Sorry for the long post, y'all. ♥️
