Pregnant???

I have the nexplanon implant in my arm and the first time I had one I lost my period but then I got it back and with this second I had it a few times regularly and then it stopped all together. I’m a month late. Normally I would just think it’s my implant but I’m a little concerned because it’s normally really hard for me to gain weight and I’ve been steadily gaining weight the past couple weeks. my face is breaking out way more than usual, I’m really really tired all the time and when I went to the restroom today I had white sticky discharge. I guess I’m just posting to see if y’all think it’s nothing or if it’s worth going to get a test.
