Weird foot swelling

Before I start, let me say I’m seeing my doctor tomorrow at 2 so I’ll update with what the deal is!!

I’m at high risk for preeclampsia so every weird symptom I have to tell my doctor. I am 29 weeks, and I can’t give birth early because my baby needs heart surgery immediately and will need to be big and strong. So it’s important that I let them know everything going on so they can monitor everything.

This weekend, I’ve noticed at random times my ONE foot, my left one, will swell up a bit. Not a lot, just enough that my foot pad feels hard when I walk and full of fluid. Only one foot...which is weird.

Usually this would mean nothing to me but my twin sister had preeclampsia and showed 0 symptoms til her kidneys failed and she was in intense pain.

Anyone else ever experience this?
