I’m on the pill and don’t have any sex with my bf by practicing abstinence. But I’m overly paranoid and fear somehow semen getting into my underwear or it being on my fingers or hand even though it’s literally impossible because my hands are dry.

I thought I was the only one who thinks like this! What’s stressing my out is that I got with my ex (I know bad idea but we are close friends and we won’t be doing it again) about 2-3 weeks ago, and I’m 9 days late for my period. I freaked out! I’m also on birth control and we didn’t touch (down there) at all. My mind just went crazy about if his fingers got dirty and touched me. But I seriously doubt it could happen.
