What am I going to do?

I have nexplanon birth control, and I'm breastfeeding my 5 month old. About a month ago I was on an antibiotic, I was told with my birth control there would be no effect on it working. This past week I've been nauseous, severe back pain and then spotted a little, I haven't had an actual period yet since I had my son. I've also been super aggressive and moody the last few weeks. I decided to pee on a stick tonight, it was very very faint. My husband couldn't see it but my friend that was here saw it clear as day. It was a blue dye test so I'm going to grab a red dye test and use it in the morning. Is it really possible I could be pregnant again? Any momma's been in this position before? My husband and I are pretty nervous.

*No mean or rude comments, yes I know antibiotics can interfere with birth control but I asked specifically and was told no I'd be fine*
