Pray for me that I get good news

Have my hopefully last doctors apt today at 3:45 and I’m hoping for some good news about when my doctor will do my c section. I literally can’t handle the amount of pain I’m in I haven’t slept in a week and I haven’t eaten anything in almost 12 hours because every time I do I have an urge to go to the bathroom and instead it’s just diarrhea or just painful gas. And yes I have taken everything I can possibly think of to help and nothing is working. This is my last pregnancy and I’m over it I can’t do this anymore my body is done.
