Workout and losing weight
So I want to lose weight but could never find the energy to work out especially with a 4 month old or even cook healthy/eat healthy.
1. How do y'all find the energy
2. Is there any powder to put in shake/smoothie to help with either weight loss, energy, post work out, pre work out, meal replacements? Not bad for my body.
3. Any good YouTubers that do workouts to lose weight, Instagramers who cook healthy meals to lose weight and post recipes in the caption?
4. How do you workout with a baby? (Husband works late)
