Covid UK rules?

So I've been isolating since 23rd march. Haven't left the house except for midwife appointments. 
I can't find any news on when we are allowed out? We're in the same category as over 70s.

We can now just go on like everyone else I think. Originally it was just pregnant women in third trimester in general, but now as long as you aren't in other higher risk groups you are fine to go about life like everyone else. You should still be extra strict about social distancing etc though because in your third trimester you are at an elevated risk still. I've been going into 1 or 2 shops occasionally (mostly a bakery because my son likes the cookies from there and I wanted something normal for him) but only if they're otherwise empty and have been going on walks every other day.
I'm not sure what happens after the birth though, I'm due tomorrow and getting a sweep. I know a few people that had babies during lockdown and they were told to quarantine for 6 weeks after birth and I'm not sure if that's still in affect or not.

Hi why have you been isolating? Only if you have a letter from the doctor should you do this. If you are on the extremely clinically vulnerable group. I have been going out to shops, walks etc. The virus isn’t worrying me just because I’m pregnant as I’m a healthy person with no Heath issues. They put pregnant women in a group for precaution as we are offered a flu jab. You may feel less confident etc. About going out so do what you feel is best for you. I will continue meeting people in the garden, going to shops and will be going for a meal next weekend. I’m nearly 37 weeks
